NETWORKING SESSION: This session is aimed at business reporters who have already landed their first or second job and are looking for ways to improve or achieve new goals.

Come talk through career development and growth, including how to find the right mentor, ways to establish yourself on a beat, tips for standing out in a crowd, how to build sought-after skills and how to identify and execute complex stories while managing your day-to-day responsibilities. This informal session is an opportunity to learn from your peers and brainstorm actionable ideas you can bring back to your newsroom. Attendees are encouraged to join with questions.
